A: Good Market is headquartered in Montreal in the Saint-Laurent, and its delivery service covers Montreal, Laval, and most of the South Shore.

A: We deliver across Montreal, Laval, and the South Shore.
Q: How long will I usually wait for my order?
A: All orders placed before midnight will be delivered to your doorstep by the next day at 7pm (19:00) at the latest.
Q: Do you implement contactless procurement and delivery?
A: Our supply chain is organized so as to be completely contactless. We deliver the order right to your doorstep, ring the bell, or otherwise call you upon arrival. All of our employees conform to the highest safety standards and take all possible precautions.
Q: What is your delivery fee?
A: We charge a standard delivery fee of $7.99 per order. There is no delivery fee if an order is $69 and more.
Q: Do you have a minimum order amount?
A: No, there is no minimum order requirement.
Q: Do you store my credit card information?
A: Good Market does not have access to its customers’ credit card information. We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment gateway solutions.
Q: Do I have to create an account in order to shop at Good Market?
A: You do not need an account to browse our products, however, when you are ready to complete the purchase and move to our virtual checkout, you will need to sign up for an account. Prior to signing up, however, you can browse and add products to your cart at your own pace. Adding something to your cart will result in a prompt to enter your postal code, which is only asked as a way of confirming that we can deliver to your address.
Q: How do you pack my groceries?
A: We treat your food as if you are family. That means that your order is hand-selected by a personal shopper who chooses only the freshest and finest products available. Your order is prepared and packaged in our fully refrigerated facility in Ville Saint-Laurent. Similar items are packed together (cereals, breads and other pre-packaged items will be packaged separately from produce, etc.). Frozen items chill together while en route to you in a cooler that can maintain the correct temperature for at least eight hours. Frozen products are only removed upon delivery.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, American Express or through the use of a Good Market’s Gift Card.
Q: Can I save my shopping cart as a shopping list to use again later?
A: Yes. Once you place your order, you can review it under the “My Orders” section of your account. You can always add the products into your wish list.
