Good Market is an online supermarket that delivers fresh, delicious food safely and securely to your door in under 24 hours. Owned and operated out of a centralized location in Montreal’s Saint Laurent neighbourhood, we serve residents across Montreal, Laval and the South Shore. 

At Good Market, we have a huge inventory of the freshest products available for purchase, and our main priority is to make your online grocery shopping experience easier, safer, and more convenient than ever before.

How It Works

To get groceries from Good Market, it’s an extremely simple process. 

  1. First, shop online and choose your groceries. Our facilities are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Once you’re ready to pay, check out

  1. Next, we’ll pack and ship your order. If you order before 11:00 pm, we’ll deliver your groceries the next day before 7:00 pm. 

  1. Finally, when your order arrives, our driver will leave the package at your doorstep (or the entrance of your building) and make contact with you.

By bringing over 90 years of combined experience to the table, our expertise in food processing, marketing, technology and project management make us the Dream Team for online grocery delivery.

Our Location

With warehouses equipped with high-end fridges and equipment, and because our workers are held to the highest possible health and sanitization standards, we can quickly and safely pack and deliver food from our warehouse located at 7720 Boul Henri-Bourassa Ouest, in Montreal’s Saint-Laurent neighbourhood.

Our delivery service covers Montreal, Laval, and most of the South shore area (Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville), and our mission is the most convenient and affordable online grocery experience to our community.

Please read the following conditions of use carefully, as these constitute an official agreement between you and 9386-5228 Québec inc. operating under the name Good Market (hereinafter "the site") when you view or do business with the site. Placing an order on the site confirms your understanding and acceptance of all the points mentioned below. If you have questions about one or more aspects of this text, contact us before doing business with the site.

 

  1. Ordering Online

Your debit or credit card will be billed for the total amount of your order upon confirmation of the order on the site. Only orders for which the site receives payment confirmation will be delivered.

  1. Delivery Terms

The deliverers do not enter the door of individual accommodation (apartment block or condo), but leave the package at the point of entry to the building. Once arrived, the delivery person warns of his arrival (rings or knocks on the door) and immediately moves two meters away from the door. The delivery man takes the photo of the parcel left outside the door. If the site delivery person fails to appear during the requested delivery period, you will be contacted to confirm another delivery time without any additional costs. Unless the delivery man's delay is caused by an exceptional situation, such as, but not limited to: a snowstorm or a road accident, you may also choose to cancel the order for a full credit.

  1. Return Policy

The products and services offered by the site are 100% guaranteed. Contact us up to 24 hours after delivery to inform us of any problem with your order. A replacement product will be delivered or credited to you according to your preference. There will be no cost to you, but you may be asked to return the product causing dissatisfaction during the exchange.

  1. Replacement of Missing Products

You will receive an email confirming your order and a detailed invoice. Please use the order number as a reference if necessary. Orders are checked before delivery and our delivery team ensures that all items are delivered. However, there is likely to be some substitution by equivalent or superior products of value or format. If an error persists in your order, please notify us to correct the situation as soon as possible. You can also choose to pick a substitute product or opt for a credit equivalent to the amount paid for the missing product. This does not apply to products which have been ordered and delivered correctly in good condition. The site is not responsible for uncompleted orders or unpaid items that remain in your shopping cart.

  1. Modifications and Cancellation of a Confirmed Order

If the order is confirmed with a delivery date, contact us to mention the desired modifications at least 6 hours BEFORE delivery and receive a full credit for the items withdrawn. To add items, it is better to place an additional order on the site. The delivery costs will not apply if you choose the same time period as the initial order (to determine if this applies, see "Order Online on the Site” section). If the order is confirmed with a delivery date, contact us to request cancellation and receive full credit at least 12 hours BEFORE delivery.

  1. Products and Prices

The prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. The images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only. The site is not responsible for changes in packaging, format or product visuals and does not guarantee that the products delivered are identical to the corresponding images on the site. In return, the site undertakes to respect and deliver only the items corresponding to the description in text format of the product. The text description of each product prevails over the image at all times. The site reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain products without warning, however any quantity adjustment will result in the application of equivalent credit. Only promotional coupons issued by the site are accepted and must be applied to the site when confirming the order (checkout) in the form of a code. Discounts must be applied before completing the transaction with the site, which subtracts the amount of the discount from the amount that will be charged. No other form of discount or rebate is accepted.

  1. Territory

The site undertakes to respect the prices displayed and to offer its services only within the specified geographical territory. The territory served can be modified by the site without notice.

  1. Responsibility

The site is a simple link between you and suppliers, producers or merchants. The site acts as a delivery intermediary only. The site does not represent its suppliers and partners and is not responsible for the information transmitted by them, nor for their guarantees. This includes but is not limited to all the information on the packaging of the products such as the list of ingredients or the declarations of allergies of the producers or manufacturers. The site disclaims all responsibility for the information and use of products or services from its suppliers, producers or merchants and whether they are affiliated with the site or delivered through the site or not.

  1. Property

Images or logos that refer to other brands appearing on the site remain the property of their respective authors and owners. Use of the site does not give or transfer ownership of its content in any way, regardless of whether the content belongs to the site or to others. The content of the site is distributed for viewing only and must be used for informational purposes only in order to do business with the site. Any other use of the content of the site must be the subject of a written authorization by the site.

  1.  Information

Customers wishing to take advantage of the services offered by the site are responsible for providing the exact information required by the site necessary for billing and delivery of the order. Any repercussions or costs caused by the transmission of erroneous information are the responsibility of the person who provided it. In return, the site undertakes to keep all the information collected strictly confidential.

  1.  Legal

No employee, owner, manager, representative, supplier, partner or merchant affiliated in any other way with the site (hereinafter ‘affiliates) can be held legally responsible for direct or indirect damage incurred by the use of the site. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of information, loss of income, personal injury or property damage related to the use of the site or the inability to use the site. The sole responsibility of the site is to reimburse any defective or unavailable product. The only recourse for a customer who has suffered damage or prejudice whatsoever while doing business with the site or its affiliates is to no longer do business with the site.
